All benefits are available to our employees effective the first day of the month after an employee’s hire date. We also offer Life insurance and Optional life insurance which includes coverage for spouses and children. Along with our exceptional health benefits, employees are able to participate in a 401(k) program that offers a generous company match. 401(k) and match options are available to employees day one.

The mill has a variety of opportunities for individuals who want to learn while working. There are jobs in Maintenance, Production, Environmental, HR, Accounting, IT, Safety/Medical and Forestry. The benefits and pay are better than most jobs in this area and are comparable to others in the State. The people at the mill are amazing and unique in their own ways, always willing to lend a helping hand. One of the other reasons individuals should look for a career at the mill is stability. The addition of the Tissue machines have stabilized the mill for the future and we are in hopes for more growth as we move forward.
